The Panthers will look to defend their Ohio Valley Conference championship in the fall, beginning with an August 31st matchup against San Diego State.
EIU finished with a record of 7-5 overall last season, including a loss to SDSU in the playoffs.
The first OVC game and the first home game for the Panthers come against Eastern Kentucky on September 28th.
The Colonels finished 8-3 last season and placed second in the OVC behind the Panthers.
Homecoming weekend is October 19th when EIU takes on Southeast Missouri.
The Panthers close out the home schedule with games against two teams above .500 last season, Tennessee Tech and Jacksonville State.
The season finale is November 23rd against UT Martin.
