Records are provided to a psychiatrists preparing a mental evaluation for a Mattoon High school student accused of shooting a classmate.
Officials said records were addressed during a Coles County Court hearing this morning, for the teen accused of the September 20th shooting in the Mattoon High School cafeteria.
The juvenile is charged with aggravated battery with a firearm and remains at a juvenile detention facility.
Police have conducted more than 200 interviews on the case.
Attorneys said the accuser is due back in court on January 11th, to give the psychiatrist time to complete the evaluation.
