The season is almost over for high school volleyball, but not before state semi final action, and several teams are still vying for a championship.
In Class 1-A, both Louisville and Strasburg High School's reached the super sixteen, with a match looming for the sectional championship tomorrow.
Newton High School and Kansas in Class 2-A face off at Robinson, and will play the winner of the Carlinville and Trenton match.
In Class 3-A local Mattoon High School saw its season come to an end against Springfield Sacred Heart in two sets, Springfield is moving on to play Mt. Zion.
All teams that win tomorrow, will advance to the super sectionals.
