The Casey police is once again turning to Facebook to alert the public of sex offenders in the area.
Last week, the department posted eleven photos of people convicted of a sex crime.
Police say they posted the material to inform the public and promote safety and awareness.
Authorities say they can legally post the photos under the Sex Offender Community Notification Law.
Police say they've received complaints about the post, but believe the information is important to share with the public.
