The City of Mattoon is hosting a citywide clean-up day May 20th.
The city released a list of locations where residents can drop off materials.
The Yard Waste Facility will be accepting leaves, limbs, grass clippings, and other plant material.
Scrap metal, except TV’s and monitors, can be dropped off at Mervis Industries.
Neil Tire and Auto will be taking car and light truck tires at their Lake Land Boulevard location.
Liquid waste, such as paint, must be absorbed before being disposed of with household debris.
Curbside pickup can be requested for senior citizens and those with disabilities, said the city.
