Police said a parking lot dispute leads to a restaurant manager firing a gun at customers in Decatur.
Police said Sunday morning 26 year old Jason White got into an argument with three unruly customers at an IHOP restaurant on East Pershing.
Authorities say the customers were asked to leave and shortly after White fired a gun in their direction.
Jason White is charged with possession of a firearm by felon, aggravated discharge of firearm, possession of stolen fire arm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and will appear in court April 26th.
Nobody was hurt.
