Indiana State Softball Coach Relieved Of Duties

Tuesday, 21 March 2017

The Indiana State softball team isn't in action today but the school's athletic director is.

The Sycamores are on the lookout for a new softball coach as Shane Bouman is on the move.

Bouman has been relieved of his duties midway through the season after winning 118 games in six seasons at the helm.

Director of Athletics Sherard Clinkscales says the standards of the team have not been upheld.

Temporary leadership of the softball team will be decided in the next few days.
