Mattoon Man Faces Several Charges

Mattoon police arrested Joshua C. Neff, age 28 of Mattoon this afternoon.
Neff was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Forgery.
The charges allege that Neff was found be in possession of bath salts that were packaged for sale, and five-thousand dollars’ worth of counterfeit United States Currency.
Neff was taken to the Coles County jail pending setting of bond.
