A prominent Chinese dignitary is coming to town.
Eastern Illinois University welcomes the highest representative of China, Consul General Zhao Weiping.
University officials say Weiping will speak with students, faculty, and the community about current issues involving China and the U.S. tomorrow.
The lecture will be in Buzzard Auditorium from 7:30-8:30.
The event is free and open to the public.
