Governor-elect Bruce Rauner is launching a website allowing individuals to apply for jobs in his administration.
Along with job applications the website will also allow site visitors to submit ideas to help improve the state.
Rauner says his goal of making Illinois, "the most compassionate and competitive" state is going to be a challenge.
