If you use propane to heat your home here's some good news!
The Energy Information Administration says propane and home heating oil prices are expected to be lower than last winter.
It says propane users may pay about 27 percent less than last year.
But it says for people using natural gas and electricity, their prices are expected to rise.
Temperatures are expected to be warmer than last winter, so it says there will be less days you'll actually your heat on.
