The Kincaid Village President is expected to resign this evening.
Douglas Thomas was arrested for breaking an order of protection by contacting his ex-boyfriend on March 13.
Thomas was also arrested in February for violating the same protection order, and was also charged with drug possession.
Along with accepting his resignation, the village board expects to appoint a trustee as acting president until the next election in April.
The meeting starts at Village Hall at 7:15 p.m.
