A college student is arrested after gunshots are fired during a fight at a local bar.
The Charleston Police Department responded to the Penalty Box on 4th Street in Charleston just after 3:30 Saturday morning for a large fight where gunshots had been fired.
Officers arrested Eastern Illinois University student Dionte McWillis for aggravated battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.
The person responsible for firing the shots is still under investigation.
Two vehicles at the scene were damaged from the gunshots.
Police say no one was hurt.
