After being named to the American Football Coaches Association All-American team last week, Eastern Illinois junior wide receiver Erik Lora has been selected to the Sports Network's first team All-American squad.
Lora became the eighth EIU player to make the team since 2002. EIU won the 2012 Ohio Valley Conference regular season and advanced to the first round of playoffs, where it lost to South Dakota State.
Lora was one of three OVC players on the first team, joining Walter Powell of Murray State as an all-purpose player and A.C. Leonard of Tennessee State at tight end.
