University of Illinois center Dain Dainja announced on X that he plans to enter the Transfer Portal.
Dainja averaged 6.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game this season while playing in all 37 games for U of I.
He finishes his career at Illinois with 548 points and 322 rebounds across 61 games.
Dainja, who initially transferred to the U of I from Baylor, will be entering his senior year in 2024-25 and is coming off of a strong NCAA tournament run with the Illini.
