A dance instructor is found guilty for criminal sexual assault and faces up to 15 years in prison.
Court records show an Effingham County jury returned a guilty verdict yesterday for
33-year-old Charles Young of Springfield.
Young was found guilty of a Class 1 felony for fondling an underage girl while working as a dance instructor in Effingham form 2010 to 2012.
A sentence hearing is set for February 12th.
