HSHS Good Shepard in Shelbyville is getting a $2.1 million upgrade.
Marketing Coordinator Glenda Plunkett says the project will include new private rooms for emergency patients and their families, along with new CAT scan equipment.
The update will also renovate the hospital check-in area to make it more accessible.
Glenda says they expect the updates will be done by April 2018.
