Two local printing businesses will join forces once their merge is official.
Kingery Printing of Effingham announced they'll acquire United Graphics LLC of Mattoon on December 1st.
United Graphics President John Wurtsbaugh who will be the new chief operating officer said the merge will bring two talented staffs together.
Wurtsbaugh said the merge will allow them to offer more services and expand to a 300 employee company.
