Here's your chance to be prepared if you're involved in a situation with an active shooter.
The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce and Sheriff's Office are sponsoring an Active Shooter Response Training session.
The Chamber of Commerce says this training is open for members of area businesses, education and medical professionals, along with the general public.
The training happens November 7th at the Heartland Dental Training Room in Effingham.
