The Decatur Police Department is giving all kids an opportunity to have a Happy Halloween!
Project AVA and the Decatur Police Department are hosting their third annual Halloween Bootique program.
The program is a local collection site that donates new or gently used Halloween costumes to children in need.
Project AVA will take the collected costumes and drop them off at local schools, education centers, and food pantries.
Donations to the program can be made to the Decatur Police Department.
