Indiana State University released the 2016 numbers of reportable crimes and offenses on campus.

Officials said arrests for liquor law violations are down by nearly 50 percent compared to 2015 numbers.
    
They said rape, fondling and on campus sexual assault cases are also down.
    
Authorities said there were 12 drug arrests and three robbery cases reported on campus, each an increase of one compared to last year.
    
Joe Newport, University Police Chief, said the campus remains a safe place to live and study since no major spikes in crime were reported.
