Recruiting top faculty is now on the list for University of Illinois.
President Tim Kileen says the school can officially launch the sixty million dollar program now that the state has a budget.
Universities in Urbana-Champaign,Chicago,and Springfield can now make proposals for money to recruit professors.
The main objective is to bring in tenured and high-achieving faculty.
