The Effingham Police Department arrest a suspect connected to a residential burglary.
Police said 19-year-old Alexander Ramos is charged with felony residential burglay after officers responded to a call at an apartment on Hillside Drive.
Officers said a rear window in the apartment was broken, and a safe containing concert tickets and an undetermined amount of cash was missing.
Police said Ramos was taken into custody after Illinois State Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Ramos was driving.
