An arrest warrant was issued for the suspect involved in a fatal hit and run in Oakland.
Coles County Assistant States Attorney Tom Bucher said 28-year-old Danielle McConnell is charged with two felony counts of leaving the scene of an accident involving death or personal injury.
Bucher said Illinois State Police found McConnell after parts of her vehicle were left at the crime scene.
Police say 42-year-old Michael Hoskinson was found dead in the road in Oakland after a hit and run on February 26th.
