A Coles County inmate is now facing more charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a fellow inmate.
Court documents say 37-year-old Derek Luckey is now being charged with criminal sexual abuse and aggravated battery after fondling a fellow jailmate.
Luckey is currently serving time for aggravated kidnapping and child luring.
Authorities say Luckey could face more than the usual jail time for the additional charges.
Luckey returns to court February 9th.
