Vigo County commissioners are taking a gamble on a new business venture.
Commissioners have unanimously endorsed the idea of bringing a casino to Terre Haute saying it will, "deliver an injection of jobs and employment benefits."
Republican state Senator Jon Ford has authored legislation that would move unused gambling slots from southeastern Indiana's Rising Sun casino to Terre Haute.
The plan still needs legislative approval.
