And a recent performance by a popular country music singer will support local students planning to attend Eastern Illinois University.
Four local high school students will be eligible to receive a $2,000 scholarship from Luke Bryan's Farm Tour performance in Effingaham last October.
To be eligible, you must graduate in the spring of 2017 from an East Central Illinois area high school, be admitted to Eastern Illinois University for the coming fall semester and have a background in agriculture or farming.
