A Champaign woman is gunned down at a strip mall in Urbana.
Police say the victim is 37-year-old Tiffany Allen.
They say on Wednesday evening they received a call from a person in the 200 Block of East University Avenue in Urbana.
The caller reported another female had an order of protection against a male subject and he had just arrived at that location.
Authorities believe the man who shot Allen took his own life, but the investigation continues.
