DeRyke Transferred

A Watson man convicted for the murder of his niece is transferred to another prison.
The Illinois Department of Corrections say 25-year-old Justin DeRyke has been serving time at the Stateville Correctional Center, but has been transferred to the Menard Correctional Center.
DeRyke faces life in prison without the possibility of parole for the death of his niece 7-year-old Willow Long of Watson.
The Illinois Department of Corrections does not release reasons why inmates are transferred.
