A local police department wants the public to be aware of a male driver indecently asking women for directions. Three different women have reported a male driver asking them for directions with his hands in his pants. The man has been reported driving a newer model dodge minivan with Pennsylvania license plates. Anyone who encounters this individual is encouraged to observe and report the information to police.
