A local public library has filled the spot for director that opened five months ago. Kattie Livingston will be taking the lead as Charleston Carnegie Library's director. Livingston has worked at the library for 14 years and recently worked as Adult Services Manager. Former library director Jeanne Hamilton left the position five months ago for another director position in Bloomington, Illinois.
