The city of Effingham is announcing the name of the latest superstore hoping to open their doors in the city.
Officials confirm Meijer is looking to build at Oak Point Centre just east of Kohl's.
Project developer Todd Kabbes says he's hopeful the project will break ground by Spring of 2017.
Kabbes says construction should take about a year to complete.
There's no word yet on how many jobs will be created by the project, but previous stores have hired more than 200 employees.
