A local family is offering a $10 thousand dollar reward for tips in a crime.
University of Illinois Police say a student was hit in the back of the head on December 13th near the University of Illinois campus.
Police say the offender is described as a 6-foot-tall black male, with an average build.
Security cameras also show a mid-2000's, dark green, Chevrolet Tahoe, which police think was a get-away vehicle.
