Officials identify a teenager found dead in Effingham.
Police say 17-year-old Shelby Wheatley was pronounced dead in an apartment in the 700th block of North 3rd Street yesterday morning.
The county coroner says there's NO obvious signs of trauma or injury.
Toxicology reports won't be released for several weeks.
