Sentencing for Effingham Doctor Postponed

The sentencing for an Effingham doctor found guilty of fraud and other drug related charges is postponed.
Authorities say Naeem Kohli's hearing has been moved to September 14th.
In January, a court ruled Kohli defrauded programs such as Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
He was also found guilty of illegally distributing controlled substances.
Kohli operated the Effingham Neurology and Sleep Center.
