Former Eastern Illinois wide receiver Adam Drake has been cut by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Drake was among two players added to the Kansas City Chiefs roster about a week ago.
Drake earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors last season with 93 catches for 1,321 yards and 12 touchdowns.
He led the FCS in receiving during the regular season earning second team All-American honors.
Drake also had tryouts with the New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints.
