Former Eastern Illinois wide receiver Adam Drake is headed to the pros!
Drake was among two players added to the Kansas City Chiefs roster Saturday as the team made roster moves adding two players and releasing two players.
Drake will join the club at its training camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Mo.
The Chiefs first preseason game will be August 15th against the Arizona Cardinals in Phoenix.
Drake earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors last season with 93 catches for 1,321 yards and 12 touchdowns.
He led the FCS in receiving during the regular season earning second team All-American honors.
Drake also had tryouts with the New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints.
