Eastern Illinois University will soon be a smoke free campus!
Starting July 1st, all smoke and tobacco use will be prohibited at Eastern.
The policy applies to any individual on campus property, including students, staff, and visitors.
Authorities say first offenders caught smoking will receive a verbal warning and second offenders will be dealt with on an individual basis.
