The next president of Eastern Illinois University will be announced Monday.
Eastern officials confirm that announcement will happen around 1pm in the university ballroom during the Board of Trustees meeting.
The candidates Margaret Madden, David Glassman, Sam Minner and Guiyou Huan all currently serve as senior academic administrators at universities across the country.
Current president William Perry announced last March he wouldn't renew his contract which expires in June.
