An Illinois man in Israel who faces a charge of plotting to blow up muslim holy sites in Jerusalem calls his allegations "nonsense".

Israeli authorities say Adam Livvix, formally of Marshall, has been indicted on charges of illegal weapon possession and overstaying his visa by more than a year.

Officials say the plot was discovered back in October when Livvix and his roommate obtained 3 pounds of explosive material to blow up unidentified sites.

An Israeli court is expected to decide on December 21st whether to continue to detain Livvix until the conclusion of court proceedings.
