A Macon county pedestrian accident that killed a toddler is ruled accidental.
Macon County Coroner Michael Day says three year old Dallas Niles was killed September 30th when a truck hit the wagon Niles' mother was pulling him in.
Day says the accident happened at night in the 3400 block of East Orchard in Decatur.
He says it's common for people to walk in the street since there aren't any sidewalks.
He also says the street lights are spaced far apart making it difficult to see.
Decatur patrol Lieutenant Shannon Seal says the driver wasn't cited.
