The Helen Matthes Library could soon have a new home.
Library Director Amanda McKay says the library board voted last night to accept a 2.76 million dollar bid made by Poettker Construction.
McKay says the company will refurbish the former Fifth Third Bank building starting in December and hope to be completed by June.
Officials say three alternates were also approved for thirty three thousand dollars, and will cover outdoor maintenance work like landscaping and masonry of the building.
