A man who originally pleaded guilty to killing his brother is denied a reduced bail.
Brian Maggio is currently serving a 35-year sentence for the murder of his brother.
Officials say Maggio shot and killed his brother Mark Maggio outside their family-owned IGA grocery store in Tolono back in 2010.
Maggio orginally pleaded guilty, but retracted his plea to get a new trial.
Officials say while in court today Maggio was denied a reduce on his bond, and a pre-trial hearing was set for October 21.
