Attorneys have rested their cases in the trial for a Paris teen accused of killing his mother.
17-year-old Terry Payton is charged with stabbing his mother, 53-year-old Kathie Payton, in their home back in June of 2011.
Terry was originally charged with two counts of first degree murder, one count has been dismissed.
The case will resume tomorrow morning where it's expected attorneys will give closing arguments and the jury will be given the evidence to deliberate.
