The Paris City Council has amended a street "snow route" ordinance Monday night.
Paris City Administrator Paul Ruff says if a car is parked in a snow route when at least three inches of snow
have fallen, police can now tow it.
Ruffs says having the ordinance will now make snow removal on major city streets easier and much faster.
