Flu and Hospital Visitor Restrictions

The flu may be on the decline, but some hospitals say they're still restricting visitation.

Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana says their delivery and postpartum patients will be limited to five visitors at once.

People with respiratory symptoms need to wear a mask.

Officials with Saint Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham and Paris Community Hospital say no one should visit if they have a cold or flu-like symptoms and are under the age of 18.

Those hospitals allow only two people per patient.
