A fatal crash kills two and leaves three injured in Champaign County. Officials say 62-year-old Dorothy Doxtator and 33-year-old Scott Doxtator of Indianapolis were pronounced dead at the scene Sunday afternoon on Route 49 just South of Homer Lake Road. Police say 19-year-old Xiang Cheng was driving the second vehicle and has been cited for improper lane usage. The identities and conditions of the other passengers is unknown.
