One of the two men accused of resisting arrest during a large weekend party in Charleston pleads guilty.

Kajuan Wright entered the plea today after police say he refused fo follow orders to leave the Barn Party  September 15th.

Police say two people were shot and another injured at the event.

Wright was sentenced to 90 days in jail, which he's served, and 100 hours of community service.

Meanwhile, Marquis Green, who didn't appear for his first scheduled court appearance last month, should be in court December 18th on a resisting arrest charge.

No suspects for the shooting have been arrested.

Police say the fraternity Phi Beta Sigma hosted the event.

Eastern Illinois University has since suspended the fraternity and changed rules concerning late-night activities on campus.
