The Panther's mens and women's basketball teams will be hosting a new event called Blue Madness in Lantz Arena on October 30th.
The event will include trick-or-treating for all children in attendance, and a costume contest for everyone.
Fans can also meet this seasons men's and women's squads during an open autograph session.
With only four returning players from last season, the men's team welcomes eleven newcomers to this year's team.
Conference head coaches and sports information directors picked EIU to finish fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference West Division.
The Panthers will open the season at Northwestern Saturday November 9th.
