An Effingham juvenile is arrested for a connection to three separate cases of criminal damage to property since May.
Effingham Police said the 16-year-old is connected to a report in May involving heavy damage to cars parked near the Lincoln Land Building.
Police said the suspect is also connected to a November report of vandalism to buildings on the 900th block of West Virginia and the 400th block of North Mulberry.
After the arrest on Tuesday, the suspect was released to parents on a notice to appear in court.
